Location & Parking
The Westside Community & Cultural Center is currently located at 1235 4th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401, a 6,270 square foot building, in Downtown Santa Monica right next to the famous 3rd Street Promenade.
If the door is closed, please ring the doorbell and one of our members will kindly buzz you in.
Additionally, the center is nearby to the Metro E Line, which ferries riders by light rail between Santa Monica, CA and Downtown Los Angeles.
Westside CommunIty & Cultural Center
The Westside Cultural & Community Center will be a place where people can pray, learn, and meet. It will be a place that fosters entrepreneurship, non-profits, intramural sports, and women’s groups.
Existing property at acquisition
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuing charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him

The Westside Community & Cultural Center will be a lively place for prayer, learning, connection, entrepreneurship, supporting non-profits, hosting sports, and promoting family engagement.

Purchasing of Building
Purchasing of Building
We purchased the building for $3,040,000 with a loan from the community. We have raised approximately $1,800,000, leaving $1,240,000 to complete the purchase. We will then start raising money for the renovation.
Preliminary Design
The Main Area of the masjid will be developed followed by the entire building.
